What are the Herbal Remedies for Breast Enlargement?

Breast enlargement has over the years become a popular procedure among women, who are not satisfied with the size of their breasts. Though there are several allopathic and surgical options available, but considering their side effects, they might be dangerous for a woman’s overall health and well being. On the other side Ayurvedic treatment is considered as a holistic approach for breast enlargement. It includes dietary changes, physical exercises and herbal remedies.

External applications

Boil, 20 grams each of sesame seeds, fenugreek seeds, aloe vera pulp and rose petals in 500ml of water till the mixture is reduced to 50ml. Add this mixture to 50ml virgin coconut oil and boil again. Let it cool down, then filter and store in a glass bottle. Massage with it regularly, it will make your breasts firm.
Mix 10 gms Quercus Infectorius (maypal), 10 gms Litsea Chinensis (maida lakdi) and 5gms Myristica fragrans (jaiphal) in water or aloe vera gel and prepare a paste. Massage your breasts with this paste, regular use will make them firm.
Boil 100gms of Gmelina Arborea in 250ml virgin coconut oil. Let the mixtue cool down, then filter it and move it to a glass bottle. Massage your breasts with this mixture, regular use will make your breasts firm and larger.
Other than this, there are some yogic postures that help in toning your breasts. However, you must understand, not single but a combination of these postures will help in achieving the desired results. These yogic postures are helpful in regulating hormones.

Trikonaasana: It helps in strengthening the pectoral groups that are good for breast enhancement.

Paschimuttanasana: This asana puts pressure on spinal chakras and regulates hormones.

Bhujangasana: The imminent stretch in this posture helps in the reduction of fat around the breasts.

Not only this, Ayurveda suggests that following dietary changes can yield positive results:

·        Eating food rich in estrogen content can propel breast enlargement in a natural way.  These foods are flax seeds, dried fruits, chickpeas, beans etc.

·         Drink lots of water as it is a detoxifying agent and cleanses the body.

Eat green leafy vegetables and avoid outside food. This will keep you strong internally and the results will show up in your healthy and toned body. You can achieve desired results through Ayurveda, so there is no need to opt for allopathic treatments and surgeries.
